Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault (cheats) for PC

Does anyone know how to enable cheats in a game that's allready been started?
Is there a way to hack one of the config. files or something once a game has been started?

I'm at the level where I just came out of the underground chamber with the GAS, and I can't get outside without getting WASTED!

Gamespot.com lists the available cheats for MOH: AA.

Never mind.
I finnished it without cheats.
Turned out it was the last of the game. No wonder it was tough!
