Medal of Honor Airborne

So when you move around with the mouse, things get blurry... it has that effect that is so popular on consoles.

I've never really liked it and thought it to be a lazy way to get some realism/visuals.

Great thing about computer games... there's gotta be some file where I can either tone it down or make it go away all together. Anybody know?

It's called motion blur. It's there to make the game seem smoother, especially if it has framerate problems. In Crysis you can tone it down, although I haven't played Airborne.

Yeah, this game has bad motion blur implementation. In Crysis it was better and specially you could change it but in MoH:Airborne I think you can't change it.

Short of the blur thingy, this game is pretty good.

The configuration program (moha_setup.exe) has a post-processing setting with three options: full, simple and off. ?Simple? removes all movement/looking blur but keeps weapon zoom blur, while ?off? removes all blur.

Short of the blur, how's the gameplay? I've been thinking of picking this up.
It's pretty good, just don't pay full price as it's very short; you can finish it about 5-6 hours.

it was very good but short. I also didn't like the blur and did the turn off post processing effects just after installing it in the options menu. Not sure how good MP is as it kinda got burried behind the COD4 explosion.

Just bought it at BB last weekend. It was $10. I also had a $5 reward zone coupon so $5 total. Haven't had much time with it yet but it seems okay.

It's not a bad game, but it's not good also. Any COD game will put it in shame, really. But for 10$ you can't go wrong.

Pretty good game, very short though. I got to the final mission the same night I bought it. Good thing I got it from Target for $9.
