MechWarrior4 doesn't work under W2k, Help!!

I have all latest drivers installed, but there's nothing but blank screen when I start MW4.
Anyone had this problem and solved it yet?

Should work. Works fine for me.

It used to work for me, but after a comptuer reinstall, It freezes at startup. I can't figure it out!
