I just got this for Christmas and it's absolutely unplayable. Something is obviously wrong somewhere, it runs at a snail's pace- menu clicks don't register unless I hold the button down and the terain graphics are blocky and I get no video with the character voices when enabled. I know something's wrong, because it ran right for me once, smooth as silk and everything looked great. This happeed when I went from the 41.80's to the 32.20's. But my video card wasn't being displayed and I couldn't change resolutions (both drop menus in the game were blank). I ran the hardware detecter to try and fix this, and back it went to being unplayable. I looked for a patch but haven't found one. Did DX9 break this game? Here are specs, help is appreciated.
