Mechanics help needed!!

Any mechanics out there? My Dodge Dakota's ABS and Brake warning lights both came on late last night. Brakes seem fine. Also noticed the speedometer bouncing back and forth betwen 0 and actual speed. Any ideas what the problem may be?? Assume it's a sensor or dash/gauges problem and not actual mechanical with the brakes??

What year is the Dakota ?
What engine does it have ?
What transmission ?
2 wheel or wheel drive ?

Time for a trip to autozone to get the codes read from your computer.

Off the cuff guess is a speed sensor like Pacfanweb said.

Thanks folks....did a google search and finally found someone else with similar problem. Looks to be ABS sensor. Apparently shares module with spped sensor...thats why the related problems.
