Mechanical keyboard with volume dial?

I use to own the Logitech G11.

It was by far my favourite keyboard mainly due to the volume dial and control buttons. I got so use to that volume dial that I found it hard to go to any keyboard that had dedicated buttons for volume up or down. I am now looking for a mechanical keyboard(not picky on key type) that has a dial almost exactly like this. Any ideas? I have been looking but haven't really found any.

I'm assuming that circle thing in the middle is the dial you're referring to?

If so, I've never seen one like that, but the Corsair Vengeance line has a different kind of dial more closely related to the scroll wheel on a mouse than what is on the G11. Try the K95?

Yeh I am not a big fan of the scroll wheel volume control. Also it looks like you have to hit the function button to stop, pause, or skip to the next track while using that keyboard. The G11 had dedicated buttons for that.

with sharpkeys, you can remap the page up and page down to volume up and down. It's not quite as good as a wheel, but it works with much more keyboards.

Not sure if you're referring to the K95 here with this comment, but if so the K95 definitely has dedicated media buttons.

The Corsair K's have a rotary volume control. It's not a circular one, but a horizontal barrel.

Yeh I guess I am stuck with the rotary volume control. Oh well I'll suck it up and give it a try, now if only there was a good mechanical wireless keyboard.

IMO the Corsair K's controls feel much less cheap than the Logitech, whatever the lack of circularity of the volume knob.

Logitech G710+ has a rotary volume control on it plus a mute button which I find quite convenient. On my blackwidow ultimate you have to use a function key to access volume which I hated.

The only thing that I don't like about it is the mx brown keys. I wish it had the blues but other than that I like mine.

Again, so does the K - and among other things, the USB passthru is a lot more useful in terms of the devices it can power.

Yeh I've made up my mind going to get the Corsair K70 in Cherry MX Brown. I don't really have much experience with different key types but from the research I have accumulated I guess the brown is my best bet. I am looking for something that will allow me to type comfortably and fast, as well as game comfortably.

Not the biggest fan of mechs for typing / all purpose use but I suppose if you had to it's not a terrible start. Certainly a hell of a lot better than blues.
