Meatless Lasagna Recipe

Anyone got a good one? Never made it before and would like to give it a shot. Do I start with a layer of sauce then noodle or the other way around? Or does it matter?
 
I boil pasta first, with some italian herb stuff and a bit of olive oil.

Then I mix store-bought bottled sauce with various chopped veggies, like green pepper, onions, and mushrooms. Then I add a bit of salt, some sugar, and some chili powder to the sauce.

Layer it like this: rigatoni, sauce, mostaccioli, rigatoni, sauce, mostaccioli, mozzerla cheese. Top that cheese with whichever veggies you'd like. Bake till the cheese turns brown.
