My local AM sports radio station is having a "celebration of meat" BBQ in protest of PETA.

?MEATA is about meat. We?re men, and we don?t mess around with soy burgers and tofu dogs,? scoffed Baligian. ?I am not ashamed to admit that my mouth waters when I see a cow.? The idea for MEATA came about when Baligian noticed a proliferation of confrontational PETA billboards equating the Holocaust with humans eating meat. ?We?re carnivores!? he complained, ?And the best way to hit PETA where it hurts is to eat meat. I?m not going to talk about them?my mouth will be full!?

Equating the Holocaust with people eating meat is a little extreme, but a BBQ protesting against PETA for expressing that opinion is just stupid.
