possibly in specialty shops. I've never seen such things advertised by those names in supermarkets here...UNLESS those names are just local names for the same items we already have here...that's fairly common...The city I live in has a couple of specialty shops that carry goods/foods from European countries...one for English goods, another for German goods, etc.

Check the specialty shops. I used to work at Russian/European store that had stuff you can't find anywhere else, it did cost more than usual stuff though.

Yes...back bacon is available in a lot of places (it's Canadian bacon here), but banger sausages you might have to go to a meat specialty shop. Bratwurst are a close substitute, but not quite there.
