measuring GPU temp

Is there a small GPU temp utility for ATI x1950 cards that you can run while playing games? I want to log my GPU temps while playing games to find out if it's running too hot.

AtiTool will do the trick. There is also RivaTuner, but I'm not sure it works with Ati cards.

Its neat because it measures your temp every second and puts it on a line graph. I never used atitool so i dont know how it is.
