Measuring actual voltage off motherboard

MBM says my +5V is really 4.88V. Is there a way to get the actual 5V reading off the motherboard using a digital multimeter? I would like to do this to get a second opinion, since I don't have a lot of faith in the device telling MBM my voltages!

Your voltage is going to fluctuate, you can check it all you want, it will change.
