The media and the black communities seem to do just fine without proof. BTW I wasn't really referring what it takes to win a case in the court of law. Hell even if you win such a case, you lose in the perception of everyone around you. It was just a tongue in cheek post over some of the bs that that people claim when referring to racism and violence. Had this been a white man attacking a black woman then the media likes to be all over it as racist attack.

How does this compare? Is there a perception that black people typically get away with crimes? No. Is there a perception that black people suffer less severe consequences from law enforcement and the judicial system after committing a crime? No, the facts point in the other direction.
