After much fanfare, Robert Gates and his new general McCrytal, announced that they would reduce civilian causalities. And stay away from concentrations of civilians as the new policy.
In related news, a somewhat pro-Pakistani militant group that had its leader recently assassinated by a Al-Quida led group. Certainly, somewhat a blow to Pakistani interests,
but by local traditions, the slain pro-Pakistani leaders funeral would soon follow. So what happened, some idiot authorized a preditor strike exactly where it was guaranteed many innocent civilians would congregate to in his funeral

Since I do not know who authorized the strike, be it a Pakistani or Nato idiot, its still worth pointing out that someone is a total idiot, as the butcher bill from this strike will probable include piles of totally innocent civilians. And it can only benefit Al-Quida in the minds of the local population.
