My mom works with some guy that has his pinky nail painted black(right hand) and she was jes wondering wut this meant.....she had asked him about it but it kinda got defensive and wouldnt answer her questions.....he said that it didnt have to do w/ anything gothic and something about gangsters...lmk thanks

I've always heard that goths paint one fingernail black for every year that they've been goth. So thats just what I know. First thing that came to mind though was black tear tattoo under eye which I believe means a close gang member was killed or something.
