On clearance at the Shack:

(Available only in-stores)
For the price, it seems like a pretty good deal. I picked them up a few days ago, along with a pack of triple A batteries and a 1 gig SD card for added memory ($15) for under a hundred dollars.
Product Features
* Includes - Meade 8x30 3.2mp Waterproof Capture View Digital Camera Binocular, USB cable, instructions, neck strap, cleaning cloth, carry case, CD-ROM with image editing software
* 3.2 Megapixel, Up to 2272 x1704 resolution, 640x480 VGA, 320 x 240 QVGA
* Internal Memory - 32MB Memory
* External Memory - SD/MMC Memory Card
* 8x magnification
Technical Details
* Model Name: 8x30 3.2MP Waterproof CaptureView CV-6
* Model: CV-6 8 x 30 3.2MP
* device_type: Binoculars with digital camera
* Camera Magnify Power: 8
* Objective Lens Diameter: 30 millimeters
* Weight: 19.4 Ounces
In addition to still pics, the camera also has two video functions - "Standard" video mode, that records continuous video from when you push the start button, to when you press it again; and a "Flashback mode" lets you record video in instant replay format. (For capturing video clips of a short activity, like an individual sports play. You can select from 5, 10, 15 or 20 second flashback).
CONS:
The camera and the binoculars focus separately.
The binoculars focus significantly closer than camera.
Binocular focus knob is on the on the underside of device, thumb operated (a little awkward).
Camera has two "fixed" focus settings: Near (30 to 60 feet), and Far (>60 feet)
Video mode has no sound recording capability.
Overall, while the binoculars are not nearly as sharp as my Leitz Trinovid 8x20 BCAs, they are quite decent, and with the added bonus of the 3.2 MegaPixel digital camera, this seems like a pretty good deal.
I'll have to play around with these some more to get a better idea of the unit's capabilities.
By the way, these still sell at Amazon for $199, where they got mixed reviews. ((Link)
