Anyone else have a hot, humid day today? I know I'm a wuss, but I'm from the Central Coast of California and not used to the Virginia weather yet. I've had to run a few errands today and I dread getting out of the building and/or the car. :Q 🙁

i hear ya...i'm from Santa Barbara and have lived in Maryland for over 10 years and i'm STILL not used to it!

it is VERY gross today. but the bright side is, we're supposed to have beautiful weather for the weekend.
 
I hope it starts to get better. At first my boyfriend would tease me and tell me that I'm wussy (which I really am...lol) about the weather and stuff. Then....he went to California last month with me and got to see what *I'M* used to for summer weather. He got a better understanding of why it's hard to adjust. 😛 (Where I'm from, it's nice practically year round. 😀 *Sigh* heehee)

I rode my bike to work today in this crap (like I do every day), so I think I get to whine the most about the weather.

exactly - it's been 75-80 degrees almost every day this summer in Santa Barbara.

/me thinks about taking a vacation to visit parents...naaah...i'll take the crappy weather. 😛

Oh yeah? Well I'm now being forced to sit in front of AC. That's just horrible.!!! Wait....no it isn't! I LOVE AC!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO

Although, another part that makes it worse today is I'm having a mild Fibromyalgia flare up so it makes things seem even worse. Blah.

I hear you! I went to the Dutchess County Fair up in Rhinebeck NY yesterday. On the way home at 3pm the sign on the bank said 97 degrees. It was friggin' hot!
 
Ugh I am so ready for fall. It's been in the 90's for a couple days now here in Milwaukee. I am without A/C so it's about 90 in the house. It's only 80 today so it's a little nicer.

hey, yesterday was 90+. weather.com said it "felt like 100 degrees" 🙁

today's gorgeous 😎
 
Yeah...gotta love it in the morning when it's worse. It's so humid that by the time the car's A/C cools off enough, you already need another shower.

Or...take the trash out and come back in drenched in sweat despite it only being 75F in the morning. :frown:

Blech, I hate that. I don't mow my lawn till 30 min before sunset. My neighbors must think I'm crazy.
