While it may not seem like a huge accomplishment to many of you, it is to me.

I haven't bought any alcohol(for home consumption) for over a month! I have bought a beer or two when the girl friend and I have gone out to eat, but I haven't bought anything like a six pack or more since this day last month.

It was a personal pact made to myself and I'm proud of it dammit!

I'm sure visgf will find a way

Oh, and one of the main reasons that I'm making myself do this is because I was only born w/ one kidney. And as most of us know, alcohol + kidney = dialysis.

I've also already cut out 99% of my caffine intake. I just get a small amount in some of the teas that I drink.

God Job. I actually did something similar to this years ago. I used to have the nickname Drunk Guy now I drink only every once in a while. Maybe once a year will I get drunk.
