ME to XP upgrade killed winmodem

After upgrading to XP, my Conexant winmodem says it finds no carrier, and I can't hear dialing. I've tried a few different drivers, with all of them it just gets stuck at dialing.

Never mind. I finally found the proper driver on Dell's site, copperxp.exe.
