ME System Info "Total Physical Memory" amount displayed??

Hello!

I just have a quick question about Win ME, in the Sys Info util, the total memory shows 127.49 instead of 128 meg on one of my machines, and on the other it shows 31.5 instead of 32 meg. The only reason I noticed this is because someone at work was trying to install some software that required 32 meg (which is what his machine had) but the install told him that he did not have 32 meg, so it wouldn't install. I am sure that WIN98 showed the exact amount of mem.....
