So, heres the thing. Yesterday I went to Whole Foods and got spinach lasagna to eat there from there prepared foods section.

2 hours or so later I had very very bad stomach pains. I Could not walk or move since these pains hurt so much.

I went to the bathroom and I had diarrhea. I felt better. When I got home about 1 hour later, I had pains but not as bad as it was before and had diarrhea again. So I though that was it.

I fell a sleep around 12:30am and woke up 3:45PM and now when I woke up. I feel weak and tiered like I can go to sleep again.I still have pains ever now and then but there even less pain full as before.

What do I do now?

Now that you've passed the inappropriate apostrophe you should be fine. Drink lots of water and electrolytes to stave off dehydration.

Lasagna isn't supposed to have spinach in it. There's your problem. :)

Yep, just keep yourself hydrated with water and electrolytes. If it gets worse go see a doctor.

Keep it bland. Toast, crackers, chicken broth....... Do you have a fever? Treat that then with the appropriate remedy that suits you.... And, as eits said, if there's any sign of blood in your stool, get to a doc.

Could be a bug, could be lactose issues with one of the ingredients.

Edit: Disclaimer: Not a Dr/PhD/or other fancy learnin type, just play one on ATOT!

I have had this food before with no problem. I did have lactose issues when I was younger but have not had any problem since..... well I wont be eating any more prepared foods from whole foods any more.

Depends on how severe you feel it is...
Rest and rehydration.
Drinking Gatorade, or if you feel it's more severe Pedialyte will help the fatigue part.
Loperamide will help your diarrhea part.
All are available OTC.

Avoid vegetables and high fiber products(wheat bread, oatmeal, etc...) till it's resolved.
If it lasts more than 3 days, see your Doctor as it's probably a serious bacterial/viral infection which will require an antibiotic.
Generally as long as no blood in stool or fever is involved, I don't expect it to be anything serious. It shouldn't last more than 3-5 days if it's not serious.

Imodium doesn't treat pain.
