MDK 2 Crash on Windows ME

MDK 2 crashes every time I load it up under Windows ME, and this has happened after two clean reformat/reinstalls. Anyone know a workaround for this yet?

Damn, the file isn't available. F'n 404 error. Oh well thanks anyways.
