Looks like his last resort is the Supreme Court. Lawyers are saying they will see if he wants to appeal it there or not. My guess is that he will. Anything for him to torture those families some more...

I personally think lethal injection is too kind. It's a nasty way to die, but they feel nothing. I personally feel he should be handcuffed to a tree in the woods, and then shot in the stomach.
 
It's not like the appeals will do much anyway. Just give Timmy his 30 days allowed by due process, and execute him next month. He's going to die no matter what.
