MCSE ppl, how many % is needed to pass?

70-210 has the lowest passing score. You need 27 out of 50 to pass AKA 540.

EDIT: BTW, setup and administer a network according to the MCSE exams and you'll end up paying big bucks to get them fixed up. Just a heads up for the future.
