I am wondering about which MCSE elective exams to take. Are there ones that employers look for more than others? I am thinking about taking two of these three: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, Designing Security for a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network or Managing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Environment.

Any of the three you have listed would be good. I took Designing Security and I have other electives left over from the NT 4.0 days so I didn't have to take any other 2000 elective. If you take the SQL exam, then I believe that you are only one exam away from being an MCDBA in addition to an MCSE. Taking the Managing Windows 2000 exam will make you an MCSA and an MCSE. I guess it just depends on whether or not you think you would like to learn SQL Server.

Good Luck!
