MCSE 2000 vs 2003 Server

i'm thinking about getting one. I assume 2003 would be better as it will last a little longer? Flame away.

2003, why would you even consider 2000? i think 2003 is one more exam.

2003 would be most ideal. everyone is trying to upgrade to 2003 right now. we're upgrading all computers to 2k3 at work.

and yes, we're persuing 2k3 certs as well.

exactly. 2000 was good in like 1998.

anyway, look at the microsoft link. there are many exams to get the MCSE in 2k3 -- 7, to be more precise. i plan on going that path myself.

my friend gave me a MCSE 2000 book, i went through a little but i guess now i'll have to get a 2003 one

Thanks for the link, also i'm going to start looking for a part time job. Does anyone know if geek squad or compusa offer to pay for any certifications if working there?
