Hey everyone. I've got my computer all hooked up and it's running pretty smoothly so far. But there's just one thing; it's running a little louder than I thought it would. I was thinking about running the MCP655 pump at something like a medium speed, and then see how it does. However, I haven't been able to figure out how to adjust the speed.
Is the speed only adjustable for the version that comes with the adjustable pot? Mine came with the APEX kit, and doesn't have the pot. I've been reading about how this can be adjusted because of the chipset controller. I'm using the P5W DH Deluxe and I have plugged in the cable to one of the fan controllers, but nothing throttles the speed. It just shows me a reading of about 4400 rpms.
Water cooling is new to me, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
