Well. I just started to leak test my brand new wtaer cooling system and when i tried to turn the rpm/speed adjuster on the pump i heard a snap and the little red knob fell into the pump.....:disgust: im pretty pissed being that its a brand new pump and all i did was try to twist it with a flat head like your supposed to. can someone help me fix this like how to open the pump and maybe Gorilla Glue it back in place? or should i just try to get it RMAed? im leaning more towards RMA but im sorta impatient and need some help.

If you screw-up the repair or if it pops-out before the warrenty is up.......Well..RMA IT!
Try to get whoever it is to cross ship.

well i actually bought it from jab-tech. i contacted them about it and also swiftech so im going to wait for a reply. and also i jus tfound out that my radiator is covered in rust on one side of the fins. also one of the inlets, where it was welded together, has sme corrosion. im not too happy with the quality of jab-tech....

It would be Swifttech not Jab-Tech that your issue should be with.

Corrosion on the radiator could be cause by poor cleaning of acid flux used in soldering.
Paint over the flux and the rust will bubble-up..Wanna soda 😀

yea thats who i emailed about the pump.

lol, well, my step dad worked for a machine shop so i know all that. the reason i want to return it is because then i haven an excuse to get a dual 120mm 😀 catch my drift? eh eh.

soda would be nice
