Police found a semiautomatic pistol beneath Kazemi's body and determined that she bought it Thursday night, Nashville Metropolitan Police Department Spokesman Don Aaron said Monday. He said he didn't know whether it was a legal purchase but noted that Kazemi wouldn't meet the age requirement for a permit to carry a handgun, which is 21.

unless someone else who knew that she got a gun and used it to kill both of them and try to frame her. i guess they're doing the ballistic tests right now. maybe check her hands for gunpowder residue.

Its the GF. Unless some staged it perfectly. Its obvious from the family. McNair was gonna divorce the wife and be with her. Its classic line.

there's only two scenarios. He said its only gonna be a side thing or no more and she off'd him and herself.

Or the wife off'd both.

With more info coming out, I'll go with option A.

Maybe the cops there get paid more or something. That or McNair projected such a perfect family image in Nashville that they want to look things over and over again before accepting the obvious choice.

I believe that the Nashville cops have said that they haven't ruled out suicide and specifically were not looking for suspects at this point. They were waiting for the ATF to return ballistics tests before they would rule of the GF's death.

Interesting stuff happened in the press conference yesterday with the Nashville police. Well, interesting if you're looking for interesting...

"Were any of the bodies moved?"

"Was anything else moved?"

"We're not really prepared to talk about whether anything else may have been moved."

the whole thing was obvious once they said mcnair was shot 4-5 times and she was shot once and the gun was at scene.

Police news conference says she shot him while he was sleeping then shot herself. They still don't know why although she had said to some friends in the days before the shooting that her life was messed up and she was going to end it all and that she thought McNair had another girlfriend.

No evidence that anything at the crime scene had been moved.
