McNabb says black QBs criticized more

Yup, the criticism on him has nothing to do with the fact that he can't complete an entire season or play consistently, it's because he's black!

The timing for this interview to air couldn't be worse really either, he definitely hasn't made a good case for himself so far..

In his defense he doesnt seem healthy though. He isnt comfortable on his feet and you can tell by his throwing motion he isnt able to put everything into it because he cant rely on the knee yet.

I'm sorry to say this, I don't think he's been that good from the get-go. I think what we've had here is a little social concern on the NFL. I think the media has been very desirous that a black quarterback do well. They're interested in black coaches and black quarterbacks doing well.

Funny, nobody was criticizing Jason Campbell last night beyond saying he needs more snaps at QB...

I've always thought he was over rated. I've been saying that for years.

That is a good point about black coaches. Lord knows we got enough of that whole "first black coach to win a Super Bowl" stuff last year. I mean it's a nice thing worth pointing out, but was certainly overblown before, during, and after the game..

Greatest Black QB of All-Time?

Warren Moon?
Randall Cunningham?
Steve McNair?
Michael Vick?
Vince Young?

There really aren't that many.
I truly think that has to do with racism. (coaches not encouraging blacks to be QB; having them as an RB or WR instead)

Is it just a coincidence that they seem to be getting better and better? (ie... more good black QBs are showing up)

Also, where the hell are the black kickers and punters?
...and the White RBs for that matter.

You're full of shit and McNabb is a whining bitch. After every single bad play he throws his arms in the air and does this look of disgust. He's got an ego problem and seriously overrates his own ability.

Ya know what, fuck. You're right. And now that I think about it, its because of racism that there are very few good white running backs. Hell, I can't even think of a starting white running back right now. And whites make up a large majority of the population, we should see a hell of a lot more. Coaches just make the white boys plump up and play linemen cause they are racist. 😕

Get a freaking grip. Stop being a whining bastard like McNabb.

I think McNabb should reword it, "Black QB's get criticized more by Rush Limbugh"... because that's really the only time i heard anything like that.

I think you along with the drug addled fat bag of hot gas Rush Limbuagh are full of shit. Mcnabb was an elite QB until he started getting injured a lot. If it wasn't for him the Eagles would have never made it to their last Super Bowl appearance barely losing to a great Patriots team.

Well at least someone finally caught it. Took longer than I thought it would, though.

all i know was he was horrible last night. overthrowing receivers, putting too much zip on passes, throwing it where only Redskins were...horrible game, they lost because of his poor performance.

Its a shame that he gets all the criticism and people like Rex Grossman get off scott free cause he's white. Yeah I don't think so. lol

McNabb is such a little cry baby. As far as black qb's are concerned Vince Young is making him look like such an idiot by just playing and winning..Don't forget who the 1st pick was last year.. black QB Jamarcus Russell.

Everything posted by Daveymark was originally said by Rush Limbuagh.

Don't forget Doug Williams.

Pesonally I think McNabb is seriously overrated & has been since his days at Syracuse ... my vote for overall best black QB goes to Moon as the best pure passer or Cunningham as the best all-around athlete.
