Funny how the electronic voting machines are a HUGE issue now that she lost...odd that they are the same voting machines she won on 2 years ago, and didnt make a peep about.

It's a shame they didn't try that with Saxby Chambliss.

But let's give a fitting tribute to McKinney . . . let's let her have the last . . . stark, raving, mad . . . words:

"Members of the press, as well as our political leaders, don't give us explanations that explain, or conclusions that conclude," McKinney said. "There comes a time when people of conscience are compelled to dissent."
Well that's basically true . . . not sure what it has to do with her, though. I would say her 'explanation' of her Capitol Police episode didn't explain much. And all I can conclude from her 9/11 rants is that she's as looney as the Bush wingnuts.

If you think that was coincidence you got sh!t for brains. Anyone here ever work security? I'm not talking about Disney World either. Yeah.... I thought not.

My Take: Black Ops.

Considering the security arrangements for the voting machines almost anyone, so long as they knew what they were doing, could walk in and fix the election in a few minutes.

So you really don't have a leg to stand on with that comment.

What exactly are you talking about...I am merely referring to the fact that McKinney had nary a complaint about the same voting machines she won with 2 years ago...now they are a security risk? What has changed...oh yeah, she lost

You are missing the point. I don't care about that. I'm pointing out that what you are saying means absolutely nothing. 2 years ago she was probably a team player and between now and then something happend. Maybe she woke up one day and decided to do the right thing, which I doubt. She was probably just using the hearings to make a name for herself and didn't realize how big a target she would paint on her back.

That's all I'm saying.

Despite movies and popular culture guys who work security as an actual career are likely ex military/police or take their job seriously. Sure you get a few idiots but some things simply don't make sense. The officer would have had to have been a full blown lunatic.

What happend to her with that officer is not likely to be an accident because I seriously doubt he was incompetent. Her picture was posted for them to know whom she was because she refused to wear a pin to get VIP treatment by security, yet expected them to act like that anyway. I suspect she probably had some sort of God complex. It would explain what drove her to appear to act heroic during the hearings. I haven't seen or heard of a politician that stuck their neck out so far since the late 30s early 40s.

As far as Black Ops goes it goes by many names. An Op. Covert Operation.... etc. I'm sure there are far more diplomatic names for it that sound really slick. You do not control your own government. That's an illusion. The last two elections in the US is evidence of that. That doesn't even go into what they are setting up for the next one. Your only true control lies in the law (Jury Nullification), which is heavily supressed and limited to the court.

You don't have to belieave me at all. If you ever get called as a juror just ask the Judge if he is allowed to direct the jury as far as what they are allowed to base their decision on. Ask the Judge to site the law which gives him this right (there isn't one). Furthermore ask the Judge if it's ok that you discussed Jury Nullifcation with the other jurors. See what happens to you. Trust me, you don't have to take my word for it.

There might be one rock station left in Atlanta. It's all Hip Hop and Espanol stations now.

We have a LOT of rock stations left. The only station I know that went under was hip hop and that was probably 8 years ago. ;) Atlanta actually doesn't have a HUGE problem with illegals. There were protests but some of them made quite a trek to get here, the housing is just too expensive for them.

Anyways, I was worried she would get reelected but thankfully enough people around here can aparently think for themselves. You should have seen the campaign adds with local revival ministers calling her God's Prophet and such. It was a joke of an election campaign.

No, Mr. Shackleford, I'm an agent from an unnamed government agency, here to divert you from exposing the Cynthia McKinney operation.

Mckinney apparently now blames Jews....Mel Gibson has a drinking buddy!

Text

Despite a landslide loss in Tuesday night's primary runoff against Hank Johnson, the controversy just keeps coming out of the Cynthia McKinney campaign.

First there was a scuffle between McKinney's bodyguards and an 11Alive news photographer, then there were remarks made to a cable network news crew, in which members of McKinney's entourage allegedly made shocking anti-Semitic remarks.

The Anti-Defamation League says they want to hear from McKinney and they want her to disavow the anti-Semitic remarks reported by the network crew, remarks that recall the scandal that cost her the election in 2002.

?We?re seeing some Cynthia McKinney supporters are resorting to anti-Semitic and racist language and again blaming the Jews for her loss in this campaign,? said ADL southeast Associate Director Shelley Rose.

The remarks were allegedly made just moments after McKinney's entourage passed out of earshot of 11Alive cameras, as the congresswoman left her campaign headquarters on Tuesday night.

Someone reportedly said quote, ?You wanna know what led to the loss? Israel. The Zionists. You. put on your yarmulke and celebrate."

Rose said, "We're really astonished that in 2006, anti-Semitism once again rears its ugly head.?

The ADL lists the New Black Panther Party as a hate group, and questioned their affiliation with the McKinney campaign as well.

?We're really concerned that she continues to include the New Black Panther Party in her entourage, because we see them as one of the largest anti-Semitic and racist black hate groups in America today,? said Rose.

During the final days of the campaign, one face continued to show up in photographers? lenses ? McKinney?s personal bodyguard, Steve Muhammad.

On one occasion, Muhammad said, "Right now it's personal -- she's having personal conversation can't you understand that."

And on Tuesday afternoon, during an altercation with an 11Alive photojournalist, Muhammad said, ?That?s right, and I'm going to touch you again if you do that again.?

Muhammad is no stranger to the cameras. A grandmaster in Kenpo-style karate, he's a contemporary of Bruce Lee, and even had a role in his movie "Enter The Dragon," playing Jim Kelly's karate teacher.

On Tuesday night, however, in a dust-up still being investigated by DeKalb County police, Muhammad ended up with stitches.

11Alive News tried repeatedly throughout the course of the day on Wednesday to get someone from the McKinney campaign or her congressional office to comment on the matter without success.

If this is the modern Democratic party, well, no wonder Joe Lieberman lost.

She did for many years, including the 2000 election. Perhaps the anti-Jewish sect of the Democratic party was part of Gore's loss.

Sure I'll just break into the NSA HQ and get their operational handbook on domestic operations for you. Anything else while I'm there? Coffee from the director's private pot?

Seriously. This is the kind of stuff we are supposed to trust our government with and have faith in them doing the right thing. Trust is not a blank cheque like these people seem to think. What you do is what defines you, not what's written in a mission statement.

What I would want answered is; are they doing the right thing? If they were I don't think anyone would be asking questions. At least not anyone with some common sense.

Let me put it another way. I am more than willing to die or give up anything for my country (Canada) and for its citizens. Now ask me if I'm willing to die for CSIS, the CSE or the RCMP.

My answer is based on their actions or inactions internationaly and domesticly. Have to keep in mind that they are a political tool but also operate on their own. What they do not only reflects on them but on the government. So then now ask me if I'm willing to die or give up anything for a member of the government since they passed Bill C-36 and various supporting Bills.

Their actions reveals their true intentions. The same is true in the US.

These people make sure that the information you want will not be known during your lifetime. Possibly not even your kid's lifetime or ever. Even if they were compelled to give you the information they would likely say it's been lost or the data is damaged and they didn't keep paper copies that long. Which in English translates to: they wrote 1s and 0s on the drives and shreded and burned the paper copies.

Sadly that's the reality we face. They aren't saints and neither is the government.

Motive? I have one word for you. Money.

She represented her distict and this is her second primary loss.

Bush has made small gains among Jews since his first election, but short of what some GOP strategists had envisioned. A staunch supporter of Israel who won the backing of a few prominent Democratic Jews such as former New York City mayor Ed Koch, Bush captured between 22 and 26 percent of the Jewish vote in 2004, based on various exit polling surveys. In 2000, he won 19 percent.

Never heard of an anti-Jewish sect of the Democrats, is that like the pro-gay sect of the GOP?
