This is my first Intel in a long time. I'd like to give a reasonable OC. My components are listed befow:

Gigabyte P35 DQ 6
C2D 6600
Ninja B heatsink
2x1gb Gskill PC6400 memory F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ
EVGA 8800GTS 640 mb
Samsung 500gb SATA x 2 drives (non-raid)
Samsung SATA dvd burner
Corsair 620 w power supply (also have a Thermaltake 850 modular)
Gigabyte Aurora 570 case
onboard sound
XP pro sp2

I like to bring my 6600 up to about 3.00-3.2 overclock. I've heard that I need to cool my MCH. Do I need to do only if I up the MCH voltage? How do I go about doing this?

Thanks in advance for your replies.
