MCE error help

e2180 - OC'd to 3.0, AC7 cooling
2 gigs of ram stock
antec earthwatts 380
gigabyte p35 dsl motherboard
evga 8800gs


playing TF2 and Company of Heroes, occasionally I get an MCE blue screen of death.

Everything was bought new - any ideas where I should start to figure out where the problem is?

update, i ran Memtest - passed 3 times no problems

i only get a machine check exception when I play games - so maybe it's my gpu? how can i test?

You do mean the OS, and not MCE...correct? And you do shut down MCE before you play...correct?
