mce 2005 vs beyondtv vs sage vs medio?

Getting ready to build a htpc and need to deside which software/sets of software to run, with mce2005 available as oem it seems like a solid option though the inability to edit dvr.ms is a problem, so I may go with mce for some things and keep one of the other three runing for others. Any suggestions/comments would be apreciated.

WinDVD Creator 2 or Power Director 3 should let you edit drv.ms files. I'd go MCE 2005 as it has ALOT more features than the other products. It's not just used to watch and record TV shows.
