MCE 2005 - Can't add or modify shares?

I cann't add or modify my network shares any more. When I click on a folder the tab "Share/Security" no longer exist. It's like I don't have that privilage any more.

Can someone please point me in the right direction. I really really don't want to re-install right now.

Ok I must be losing it. I'm able to change my folder shares, but can't create or change adminstrative shares (d$). Any thoughts?
