MCE 2005 and DVDs

My 2 year old can't watch any of his movies for longer than a few minutes at a time and we get sick of changing disks so I want to rip all of his movies to a MCE 2005 computer so he can change his mind at will.

I have AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 and quality is more important than compression/small size. Do I just rip the entire Video_TS folder to the My Videos folder on the HDD?

And please no comments about kids watching too much tv, we are outside until just before frostbite. He get a little bit of PBS in the morning and movies before bed. 😀

edit: I was able to rip the movie but not the Start Menus.
 
dvd shrink or dvd decryptor will do the job. Realize that these dvd's are going to take anywhere from 4-9 GB for each movie.
