McDonald's sues food critic

I would too! Anyone who is telling all those people who are too stupid to already know McDonald's food is crap, should be eliminated.

It's a matter of survival of the species dammit! Weed out the stupid...

Nothing like freedom of speech. Now McD's wants to try to take that away. This should be interesting.
 
It depends on exactly what was said:

1) If the critic said the food was bad then McDonald's will lose the case.
2) If the critic said the food was bad and the critique was libelous then McDonald's will win the case.

Anyone have a link to the actual words the critic used?
