Mcdonald's possible food poisoning....

I freaking hate Mcdonald's but, I've loved Mcribs evert since I was a little kid.....anyway I ate part of what may have been an uncooked Mcrib from Mcdonalds. The meat part was entirelly white(inside and outside) but, it was warm.... Am I going to get food poisoning, I don't feel so hot right now.
Any nurses out Food Science people out there

Are you suggesting that restaraunts are allowed to serve tainted food products, and it is solely the fault of the consumer for eating them?

It always possible that you get food poisoning, but impossible to tell until it hits or you do a microbial count on the product in question. Hell, you can get food poisoning from fully cooked food.

Doubtful since you would have absolutely no proof. The onset of food poisoning is anywhere from 15 minutes to several days depending on the causative pathogen.

 
Oh man I love McRibs. MMMMmmmmmmmmm pressed pork:heart: I think that all of McD's pork stuff(except bacon) is precooked, you'll be ok.
 
Thats what you get for eating at a McDonalds.

I have not eaten at one in over 10 years, and will never do it any time soon.
