What about whites, native indians, indians, or any of the others?

Since when did it become the responsibility of a fast food chain to offer monetary educational aide to minorities?
If this were a gov't organization I may have less of a problem with this. But, Because McDonalds is just a food chain and has no political power I don't see how they can get off offering aid to select groups of ethnicity. Don't they realize that their customer base is composed of ALL ethnicities. Wouldn't it then make sense to offer aide to ALL people based on need or GPA rather than skin color?

Where does it say they have to give aid equally? Do you honestly think people make their dollar menu decisions based on the philanthropy of the parent company?
