McDonalds hiding specials?

I've been to two different McDonalds here in theTampa Bay Area in the least two weeks -and noticed no $1.00 menu.

Then I noticed - there's no Double Cheeseburger on either REGULAR drive-thru menu board, a classic $1.00 item..

So I roll up - and ask.. Sure enough.. Even though they weren't on the drive-up menu board, both McD's had the $1.00 Double Cheeseburgers available..

Scam??

Hmmm!?!?!

Maybe they got rid of it, like they got rid of the $1 Fish o' Fillet and Quarter Pounder =(

The dollar menu around here goes:

Cookies
Ice Cream
Chicken Sandwich
Chicken Fajita
Cheeseburger Delux
Double Cheeseburger
Small Fries
Medium Drink

Lame if you ask me.

Did they get rid of the two hamburger/two cheeseburger value meals? They also used to have a double cheeseburger value meal...

As for dollar menus, they got rid of the chicken fajita a while ago 🙁
Now its:
Double cheeseburger
McChicken
2 apple pies
Small soda
Small fries
Ice cream cone

Hell, I know the dollar menu of every fast food chain around here and I know that a slice of costco pizza will run you $2.17 as will Animal Style fries at In n Out. I'll see you in the afterlife.

Really? I went to the South Pas/Alhambra In'n'Out and I was only charged $2.16 ... odd ...
