McDonalds Hamburger/cheesburger sale

Ok so here is the deal, I am hungry and want some burgers, I want to go to Mcdonald's and I am wondering if they will be selling hamburgers at the sale price since technically it is the 16th, and they serve burgers until 4 am. If they dont do you think I have a good case in court for false advertisement? Im hungry and fat. btw.

Wait, what? They actually have a sale on these things? Isn't it 99c for a double cheeseburger?

Yeah but once or twice a year they sell hamburgers at 39 cents and cheeseburgers at 49 cents.
