Thank god this judge did the right thing and dismissed this lawsuit. I mean come on... No one made these kids eat this crap! It's not like Ronald McDonald held an AK 47 to the childs head and made them eat the junk. That would have been funny to see though.


And you gotta like this comment:

"Bradley's father, Israel, said he never saw anything in the Bronx restaurants that informed him of the food's ingredients. "I always believed McDonald's was healthy for my children," he said in an affidavit."

What the hell? He thought Mc D's was healthy? Maybe he should have been thrown in jail for being an ass.

To bad Mc Donalds can't sue the family and the lawyer for wasting their time.

Nice to hear such high-quality technical reasons from the lawyer. A "toxic kind of thing", sheesh. Sounds like they have a Valley Girl for a lawyer.

It wasn't thrown out...the judge sent it back down to be redone. He even gave the plaintif recomendations on how to proceed. The judge suggested they include the left out chicken mcnuggets in their suit.

2) Fire all those greedy *(*^%^&( PIL's into the sun!
