not just regular win, but total epic win. They don't have these down in VA, which makes me look forward to my trip back to MI even more so I can bite into one of those gooey, delicious things.

Cinnamon melts are ok, but brownie melts are much, much better.

I'm gonna take a pass on a 500 calorie dessert with 20 grams of fat and 50 grams of sugar.

i think you are underestimating the calorie content. It is probably closer to 700

it's so bad, but so good. i tried the brownie melt once b/c it sounded good as a means to hangover relief. it did not disappoint. chocolatey as chocolate can be, and warm melty yummy.

brownie melts and cinnamelts are so absolufuckinglutely delicious.

whenever I go to McD's, my meal tends to either be 2 McDouble's and a *melt, or 2 McChicken's and a *melt.

such an awesome, arteries are scared of the thought alone, delicious meal. BUT, I don't make it a regular meal, and I make sure I watch my calories that day or the next day. all about control, and input matching output (and not THAT output, though that's also likely :p).

Along those lines was a pretty regular lunch break at my old car wash job too. Still got a lean frame. Benefit of being active plus being genetically predisposed to never sit still. Constantly twitching some body part, and that's been linked to people with high metabolism as well.
