was in the mood for more fish parts.

discovered the McD closest to my house sells the fillet fish for $4.09 for one.
*BUT* it's on their 2 for $2.50 menu so 2 of those costs $2.50 total.

Note: The price I listed in my OP was for a McD when i was in another city

Ok, I admit it, I've been eating at Long John Silvers. I just had two beer battered fish.

It was not bad. :wineglass:

God the menu at McD is designed by an ADD ravaged teenager. Everything is moving and changing you cant figure out what's what.

Are you sure it's 2 for $2.50? It's 2 for $5 here.

Promotions vary by location

That may be true but it's quite the discount on a "premium" sandwich. It coincided with the move onto the 2 for $5 menu here, so I was doubly curious.

Jedi, what is your location?

I can honestly say that in my 50 years of life I have never ever eaten a filet-o-fish. Or a mcrib for that matter.

The McDouble with Big Mac sauce is a pretty darn good deal.

I went like 10 years without eating Mcdonalds ever and then somehow got sucked back in last year. It's been a few weeks though, so I may be a recovering addict.

what is that concoction and how does it taste?

I always go to the other McD's that don't charge extra for Mac sauce. It's so yummy.

Holy shit that pisses me off. The worst part is it's 3/4 ads, and the speed's set to 'functionally illiterate'. If you miss what you want to see(perhaps cause their fuckin' order monitors hang in the way), it takes forever for the part you want to see to come around again.

Brother brought me a filet-o-fish today.

For some reason, they thought "2 filet-o-fish meals" sounds like "make one of them plain with no tartar sauce and no cheese." :(

Hmm, I've never tried the BK fish burger but I definitely prefer the BK chicken burger to the McChicken.

KT

Big-Fish always seems too salty to me. (think its the pickles?)

Wow, here in California a filet o fish is around $3.00 each, or 2 for $5.00. 2 for 2.50 seems like a great deal.

Best deal I've seen in CT is 2 FOF for $4 ... 2x $2.50 I'd get them more often.
