McChicken Sandwich, no mayo

For $1.08, this lil' piece of chicken and lettuce between bread is really really good. No mayo to clog your arteries either.

Recommended A++ would eat again

I used to love the Big N Tasty without mayo for a buck. Good deal, and didn't make me feel gross after eating it. A shame they raised the price of this sandwith to like $2.

They lost money on that $1 deal. Had to make stock holders happy and raise the price because they weren't making up for the loss by selling a lot of 'em.

actually since the patty is ground mixture of mystery chicken hotdog meat parts including high cholesterol internal organs, skin and other assorted goodies, doing away with mayo isn't going to do much good. esp since its coated with fatty batter to boot.

the more expensive mcgrill chicken is healthier by far, non mystery meat.

Oh, I know. I worked there for 3 years.

I can't eat a whole lot at once. A 2cb, medium fries, and drink will keep me good for about 12 hours.

Actaully the big and tasty costs about 15 cents to make. They set the price at 1 dollar to create a fan base for the sandwhich so they could raise the price and people who liked the sandwhich would still buy it. Last time I went to MC D's I got 3 Mc Chickens and a super size fry, it was tasty.

The store I worked at doesn't have too many horror stories. Another one did, though. Let's just say that the ice cream was insect-enriched.

The store I worked at had more fvcking around than it did nasty food problems. Blowing up salad shakers with fire crackers on the 4th of july, having the bun guy run over a 6 inch ball of burger wrapped in cellophane with his truck, throwing milk crates off the roof to see if we could break them, accidentally hitting the master circuit breaker for the whole story while fvcking around with boxes in the back... so many stories.

Oh, and the co2 tank. Yours truly came up with this one. We'd sit on the bun roller thingies, and put the co2 tank on our lap and turn it on full blast, and spin around really fast. It was actually extremely stupid in hindsight, considering what could happen if the nozzle broke off that tank. But being young and stupid is fun.

bullsh*t, show the cost breakdown. i've seen a few and materials take up a whole lot more then 15 cents. its not even remotely rational to think burger materials are 15cents.
