He started well, being more personable with viewers and getting the audience into it.
But when Conan asked him about his 2008 run and his POW/military movie on A&E, it all went downhill.
Pretty anti-climatic imo. He was far too soft-spoken and frail for a presidential run
Too bad he didn't answer the presidential question.
