Has anyone used McAfee's Web Gateway?

Our end goal is to get a true enterprise content filter solution, such as BlueCoat's ProxySG, or Palo Alto, but due to resource constraint, we need to get a band-aid solution quickly, and was wondering if anyone's used this Web Gateway product.

I'd like to know if it simply checks if a URL is to be permited/denied via IFP, or if it'll process the entire packet flow via WCCP or inline.
