McAfee VS 6.0 destroyed my email!

Running WinXP with Outlook Express 6 (and AVG, which was working totally fine, as in not broken, as in why did I try to fix it?). I received a free copy of McAfee VirusScan 6.0, so I uninstalled AVG and then put in McAfee.

My inbox, sent items, etc. are totally gone. Zero messages, zero unread. My contacts are still there.

Somebody tell me I can fix this. Please.
