There are a lot of people that 1) forget to mail in the rebate and 2) fail to submit all of the correct info for the rebate. Heck in some cases I think they deny your rebate on purpose just to make sure that you've got copies of everything.

However Mcafee and Norton need to be free because their software....err bloatware.... is a joke.
