I just purchsed this pack and upon install noticed that it took quite a bit longer to shut down my computer then before i installed it like 30-40 seconds longer has anyone noticed this ?
or can anyone tell me theres any things i should try

 
Quickly, as fast as you can get rid of any software associated with McAfee. Then get yourself Norton SystemWorks 2001 and live a long, productive computing life.
