MCAFEE Virus Scan 7 professional

I installed this on ym pc and I get a program not responding error when it tries to update, I never like mcafee but since this was free to me I said what the heck.

I now want to completely remove it any ides how ?

This probably sounds silly, but have you tried the Add/remove programs control panel?

You do know that Network associates is on the selling block?

YI have used add/remove BUT it doesnt completely remove everything off the pc leaves a few folders and many registry entries.
